Project Scope

Design and Construct new Cruise Terminal for Norwegian Cruise Lines. The Project also consisted of a warehouse provisioning area, and a 7 story parking garage along with re-building a new seawall cap and main utilities.

The main terminal included high end finishes and environmentally sustainable materials which allowed the Project to achieve LEED certification. The ground floor of the main terminal was built and coordinated closely with Port Operations and Department of Homeland Security for processing passengers coming back into the US.

Project Scope

Metro North Dublin is part of one of the largest transportation programs in the European Union. It will serve millions of passengers each year connecting major transportation hubs, such as Dublin International Airport to the heart of Dublin City Centre. The Project consists of over 18km of rail, where 7.5km will be Tunnel as well as other Viaducts, Cut & Cover, at Grade lines. 15 Passenger Station would need to either be built new or renovated to accommodate the different transit areas.  

Project Scope

Design & Build to construct approximately 16 miles of bridges, freeway, earthwork, drainage and utilities. The project also consists of reconfiguration of interchanges and ramps comprised of 23 new or replacement crossroad/ramp bridges, one pedestrian bridge, and seven bridge widenings on I-405. Scope also required to add a general-purpose lane in each direction of I-405 from Euclid St to the I-405/I-605 Interchange.

Project Scope

The Airport Link Project consists of a new Metrorail Station (3 floor ~78,000 sf); 3 Traction Power Substations; new Operating Rail Systems; new and reconstructed roadway, and a 2.4 mile elevated Guideway. The main objective of the project is to connect the new MIA Mover from Miami International Airport to the existing Earlington Heights Metro Station.
